The floatation tank is an enclosed shallow pool of warm water (95 degrees) with 850 pounds of Epsom salt. You float buoyantly, as if in the Dead Sea, for a physical experience that fully supports your body for tension release and a meditative experience for exploring deep levels of consciousness. Each session builds upon the time before and we encourage subsequent visits to fully realize the benefits of the floatation tank.
