Auto/accident and work injury insurance
Rely on our highly trained and experienced team to help with accidents and work injury. We will bill directly for services helpful to your recovery if your case is considered active and approved by your insurance agency. Since payment is not received at the time of service, cash discounts do not apply. Bring a current prescription from your doctor or chiropractor. Please call ahead for pre-approval to discuss your case and situation.

Flex spending account reimbursement
Flex spending accounts are administered by third party organizations who review and approve that the medical documentation meets tax-exempt guidelines for the tax-exempt income you have set aside. Essentially, proper documentation ensures easy reimbursement. To meet their guidelines, get a note from a physician or chiropractor, stating that massage is medically necessary for your specific condition. The Wellness Center will provide a formal receipt for your records that will be compliant with flex account guidelines. An example medical note is provided below.
Healthcare Savings Account (HSA's) direct pay
Massage is an eligible service under HSA benefits. Unlike flex accounts with a third party administrator, HSA's are self-administered; you maintain documentation that supports your medical needs. To access benefits, checks and debit cards are given to the user to pay for medical services. The Wellness Center accepts checks and debit cards directly drawn on your HSA. The Wellness Center will provide a formal receipt for your records that will be compliant with HSA guidelines. A medical note from a physician or chiropractor supporting the need for massage is advisable.
