Relaxation Tip

Deep breathing is a simple technique to slow down, oxygenate the body and calm the nervous system. Find a quiet spot to sit, use music or not, close your eyes and breathe. B reathe deep from the belly breaths. Remember, tummy-out for breathing in and tummy-in for breathing out. Practice this 3 times in a row - and relax.
