Stretch & Revitalize?
Stretch & Revitalize classes are gentle stretches and strengthening moves for the muscles of the back, shoulders, legs, low back and
abdominals, with attentiveness to beginner and advanced levels of flexibility.
Stretches flow, one into the other, variations in each create new angles of freedom and openness in movement.
Most stretches are done sitting or lying, some standing. For maximum benefit, participants are encouraged to
calmly pause with each stretch and make it their own as each person's body responds according to its own movement history.
Many who have tried both yoga and Stretch & Revitalize?, prefer Stretch & Revitalize? because of the way their
bodies feel during and after class. Music is soft and meditative in style.
